PHILOSOPHY OF GIVING
Our Goal to unite the LGBTQ Community on the Eastern Panhandle and beyond requires the expenditure of funds for so many things. We have costs associated with our Alliance special events, office supplies, post office box, postage, printer ink, advertising, and business cards. We must ask individuals in our LGBTQ Community to pay for those associated costs. We hold ourselves to the highest standard of accountability and our finances are reviewed at every Board meeting, usually held once a month.
DONATIONS​
All money contributed to the Eastern Panhandle LGBTQ Alliance of West Virginia is used to fulfill the Vision and Mission of the Alliance. [Donations are not yet tax deductible. We are now a 501-c-3 IRS tax exempt non-profit organization.] Please make donation checks payable to PANHANDLE ALLIANCE. Thank You!
MEMBERSHIP

A One Year Membership is provided, when requested, to anyone making a donation of ten dollars ($10.00) or more to the Eastern Panhandle LGBTQ Alliance of West Virginia. Membership begins when the check is paid and ends at midonight on June 12 of each year. We are now a 501-c-3 IRS tax exempt non-profit organization. Please make donation checks payable to PANHANDLE ALLIANCE. Thank You! Membership is also provided to anyone serving ten hours or more on an Alliance Committee.
PLANNED GIVING
​Regular Monthly contributions to the Eastern Panhandle LGBTQ Alliance of West Virginia are always appreciated. They can be set up electronically with most banking institutions. We are now a 501-c-3 IRS tax exempt non-profit organization. Please make donation checks payable to PANHANDLE ALLIANCE. Thank You!
Planning for the our many EVENTS takes place at Leetown Methodist Church. Meetings are usually held every third Thursday of the month at 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM. New Volunteers, Event Planners and possible Board members are always welcomed. PLEASE DONATE AND VOLUNTEER! There is no Panhandle Alliance without Community Participation.
